Our house masala chai: Assam black tea with cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper and clove. One 120g bag makes about 20 cups. All you need is a saucepan, milk, water and about 5 minutes.

It started with Mom's chai

Fly Chai starts with my mom's masala chai. Growing up outside Chicago, a pot of chai meant the door was open and everyone was welcome. Fly Chai carries that ritual forward—real masala chai sweetened the traditional way with Gud (jaggery), served with music, games, and good company at our café in Beaverton, and packed into blends you can make at home. Heritage meets hype, one cup at a time.
