Booking Guidelines
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to lock in and confirm your date.
Rush Fee: Bookings made within 72 hours of the event are subject to a 15% rush fee.
Weekday Minimum: $195 drop-off
Weekend Minimum: $375 catering
Staffed Event Minimum: $700

Host your next gathering upstairs at Fly Chai. The Fly Loft is perfect for work sessions, creative meetups, birthday hangs, content shoots, or private tastings. There is no room fee for approved off-peak bookings (food and drink minimums apply).
