SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

At Fly Chai, we know that when the craving for the ritual hits, you need your loadout fast. We hand-pack every order at our HQ in Beaverton to ensure your tea and hardware arrive ready for the hustle.

1. LOCAL PICKUP (BEAVERTON HQ)

Skip the wait. Skip the shipping fees. If you’re in the PNW, you can pick up your order directly from our shop.

How it works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
Timeline: Orders are typically ready within 2–4 hours during our normal business hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Daily).
The Hand-off: You’ll get an email the second your gear is bagged and ready. Just swing by the window at 12520 SW Farmington Rd.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We ship nationwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your loadout.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

3. PROCESSING TIMES

We aim to get every order out the door within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (like after a new drop), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll holla at you via email if there’s a significant hold-up.

4. TRACKING YOUR RITUAL

The moment your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track the movement of your Fly Chai through the carrier’s site immediately.

5. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

Fly Chai is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have your ritual. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
