  • House Masala: Our signature blend of green cardamom, warm ginger, cinnamon, clove, and a pinch of black pepper for subtle heat.
  • Milk & Water: Simmered together to draw out maximum flavor while giving every cup its iconic, velvety texture.
  • Gud (Jaggery): Unrefined Indian cane sugar that brings a deep, caramel-like sweetness without overpowering the spices.
