Firestarter Masala Chai: A bold, lingering high-heat blend crafted with Assam black tea, sharp ginger, cracked black pepper, red chili powder, and cinnamon.

Ingredients: 100% whole Assam black tea and crushed spices. No syrups, artificial flavors, powders, or added sugar. Sweetener not included (pairs best with Gud).

HOW TO BREW AT HOME

Bring 4 oz of water to a rolling boil in a small saucepan.

Add 1 Tbsp (~6g) of your chosen blend and simmer for 3–5 minutes.

Add 4 oz of milk and sweeten to taste with Gud (jaggery). Bring back to a gentle rise and foam, then remove from heat.

Strain through a fine mesh strainer into your cup and enjoy hot.
