We stand behind every blend and every piece of hardware we put out. If something isn't right, we’re here to make it move.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Hardware (Teapots, Strainers, Clay Cups): To be eligible for a return, your gear must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The Blends (Tea): Because our chai is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on opened pouches. If there is an issue with your tea, holla at us and we’ll find a solution.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, hit us up at namaste@flychai.co.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the gear. Note: Items sent back to us without a request first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your loadout as soon as it hits your door. If the gear is defective, damaged, or you got the wrong blend, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Perishables: Opened tea blends.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your hardware return, we’ll let you know if the refund is a go. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank might take a few extra days to post the hype back to your account.
