ORDERING POLICIES
LEAD TIME & NOTICE
- Disposable Chai Boxes & Food Trays: At least 48 hours’ notice required.
- Office Drops, Premium Chai Bars & Chai + Fly Bites: At least 72 hours’ notice required.
- Tapri Events, Café Events, Buyouts & Custom Events: At least 7 days’ notice required.
Booking & Payment
- All catering orders, cart bookings, and private event reservations are subject to calendar and staffing availability.
- Pickup Orders: Paid in full at checkout via Toast.
- Staffed Events, Drops & Buyouts: A deposit is required to lock in your date, with the balance settled per your event contract.
DELIVERY & EVENT LOGISTICS
- Standard local delivery covers our core Beaverton/Portland metro service zone. Delivery outside this radius will include an adjusted distance surcharge.
- Custom event pricing reflects guest count, staffing tiers, travel time, active service duration, and custom equipment requirements.
DIETARY & ALLERGEN NOTES
- Our chai can be crafted with dairy, barista oat, or nut milks (pistachio).
- Food items like samosas and parathas contain wheat/gluten and dairy. If anyone in your party has severe allergies or specific cross-contact concerns, please let us know in your inquiry so our team can accommodate safely.
