By visiting our site and/or purchasing the ritual from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & THE VIBE

We’ve made every effort to display the colors and images of our products—from the Heritage OG to the Gold Teapots—as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & BILLING

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account info so we can get your tea to you without delay.
Personal Use: Purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale. (If you want to sell Fly Chai at your spot, holla at us about Wholesale).

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We handle the hustle of getting your order out, but we are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Once we hand the goods to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The "Heritage Meets Hype" aesthetic—including all text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Fly Chai. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial use only. Don't reproduce or modify our gear without our written consent.

SECTION 6 - THE FLY LOFT & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our site may contain links to third-party tools or websites. We aren't responsible for their content or accuracy. Use them at your own risk.

If you send us feedback or reviews, you grant us the right to use, edit, and publish that content. We love the hype, but we reserve the right to remove any content we deem unlawful or offensive.
